Observation

Plastic bags in the bathroom area were observed to be accessible to children at the time of inspection. Protruding nails were observed on the gate in the outdoor area that required removal at the time of inspection. Exhaust fan cover in the bathroom area was observed to be detached at the time of inspection; holes on the wall in the bedroom and bathroom area were observed and required fixing at the time of inspection. Light fixture in the bathroom area did not have a shatter-resistant cover or light bulb at the time of inspection. Outlets near sinks in the kitchen and bathroom area were observed to be non tamper resistant and did not equipped with a ground fault circuit interrupter at the time of inspection. Eletrical outlets in the bedroom and bathroom area were observed to be non tamper-resistant (and not covered by blank plates or other tamper-resistant covers) at the time of inspection. A small stereo and an air purifier were plugged into an electrical outlet near a water source (kitchen sink) at the time of inspection.
